General Provisions The privacy policy defines how personal data of Users necessary for the provision of electronic services via the florkaa.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") are collected, processed, and stored. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data Personal data are used for the following purposes: User account registration and identity verification, Enabling login to the Service, Execution of contracts related to services and e-services, Communication with Users (live chat, contact form, etc.), Newsletter delivery (after obtaining User's consent), Management of the comment system, Provision of social services, Promotion of the Administrator's offer, Marketing, remarketing, and affiliation, Personalization of the Service for Users, Analytical and statistical activities, Debt collection, Determination and pursuit of claims or defense against them. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for the conclusion of a contract or for using other functionalities of the Service. IV.
